I have some Tein ones that weren't made too well at the bolt connecting to the frame at the bottom. Do you think these are better than the Tein ones? I never got to fully install my Tein's so I might just sell em on Craigslist or someting.

I'd personally pick these. In fact I had these on my own car. Never had a problem with the ends, sticking, or rust issues with the Visions.

Dont think so. If they did bolt up your hood might be too heavy for them.
