TW: Street Race car for sale! 04 WRX
I really don't want to sell my car but i need to buy a car that suits my line of work! And as we all know cars are just money pits! lol. Just recently I had My motor rebuilt by GST motorsports due to a blown head gasket on my old setup. This car would be great for someone who wants a potential race car! all it needs is a roll cage and better suspension hahah
Now for the good stuff! This setup is good for 500+whp at GST
2004 WRX wrb with 81k on the chassis and currently 483 miles on the new motor.
Interior:
- Evo9 RECARO seats
- Sti gauge cluster
- Defi gauges oil press, boost, EGT/ center pod
- Brand new MOMO Tuner steering wheel
- Panasonic 7" in-dash DVD/ MP3/TV tuner.
- Blitz turbo timer
- AVC electronically boost controller
- Hydra 2.5 stand alone ecu
Exterior:
- Looks all stock but has:
- 17x8 ROTA boost wheels with almost new Bridgestone REO1
- APR REAR diffuser
- Wingless trunk
- Rear windows are tinted limo black
- Tein Flex coilovers
Under the hood:
- Built EJ25 Darton sleeved block with BC race rods, Stock crank, JE 100mm coated pistons. The block was recently built and i am currently breaking in the motor and only has 480 miles. It was built by GST's machine shop. It was blue printed, balanced, and decked.
- Heads came off mikes personal race car. They are fully ported and polished with custom JUN cams. I’m not sure what kind of springs and retainers it has but they are not stock. The heads also were sent out to be checked and make sure they are in 100% working order.
- JDM Sti intake manifold
- Perrin fuel rails
- RC 1600cc injectors ready for E85 natural gas
- Fuel pressure regulator
- Twin walbro fuel pumps
- APS DR525 front mount with brand new t-bolt clamps with a blow through maf sensor welded in the charge pipe.
- G-reddy oil catch can
- Tial 44mm bov
- Garret HTA GT35 with a 1.06 AR v-band hot side
- Custom up and down pipe
- Greddy EVO 2 CAt back
- Tial 44mm WG
- Custom 4" intake/ K&N filter
- Battery trunk relocate kit
- The complete drive train came off a 2004 Sti in japan with 30k miles. paid alot of money for the transmission with shorter 5th and 6th, rear diff, all axles and knuckles, and Brembos. ALL JDM YO hahah
IM NOT SURE HOW MUCH I SHOULD POST IT FOR? I KNOW I WONT GET ALL MY MONEY BACK BUT WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK THIS MIGHT BE WORTH.

you should part it out. unless you find someone who is looking for the exact car, color, mods, and willing to pay higher than blue book, so that you could get some $ back. its going to take a long time to find that buyer. i think this car is f'ing badass personally. awesome build and limitless potential - just not in the market for a race rig though ..

damn....bump for a sick *** subie.
IMO, i think you should keep it and buy a cheap *** daily driver. drive the subie whenever you feel like having a fun time. if you do want to sell it, i think parting it out would be better than selling it as is. just my .02.
good luck with sale though!!

Damn felipe,
I'm sad to see you sell your car. i know a lot of time and money was invested. I'd say you'd be better off parting out. but maybe I'm just saying that because I'm interested in some parts
So what kind of vehicle "suits" your line of work?
a motorcycle? like the old tv show renagade
for those of you that aren't in the know

Im not short on money it's just when your office is next door to san Jose PD's office you really cant drive your car to work. I was looking at a Jeep Cherokee SRT8. Really nice allwheel drive SUV, black on black Rob&Big . I may not even sell it just one of those days.

I agree with the part out idea - financially speaking, if you want to get rid of it, definitely go back to stock, sell the car then sell all the aftermarket parts - that way you can get back a decent portion of the money spent back. Otherwise selling the car as is, people will low ball the hell out of you and it could be tough to get your asking price.
Didnt that thing make 400+ with the red on the Mustang? I saw the dyno.... lots of power.
