Looks like you may be ok, just need to swap the top hats. I'm not 100% though.

Would these fit my 04 wagon?

Cleaned up the struts, separated the struts and springs.
Part numbers for the struts:
Right Front strut - 20310FE320
Left Front strut - 20310FE330
Right Rear strut - 20360FE020
Left Rear strut - 20360FE030
From what I can find these are KYB (STI?) struts from the GGB STI Wagon http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/arch.../t-361244.html
Part numbers for the struts:
