Smog recommendation in San Jose area?

Any recommendation on smog shops - don't need any shady hookups, someone that just won't pay too much attention. I have a Stage 2 Cobb Accessport set up with a catted downpipe, so I think I can pass my sniffer, without needing any "special" treatment. I don't have a blinged out pipe or anything, but need someone lazy with the visual - not sure how they actually check if there's mods, since the pipe I installed had a heatshield and wasn't chrome or anything, so I'm not sure how they actually tell?

I'm looking for someone where it's reasonable priced, and they are lax with the visual.... since I guess any mods whether you pass sniffer or not is technically illegal? Any recs?

will try just a random shop - as mentioned, i don't have any bling so i'm not worried about popping the hood or anything -- a catted downpipe should pass right? anyhow, also apologize for the wrong forum, meant to put this in bay area, not the classifieds... although after this passes, i think i'll be putting it up for sale

I went here yesterday for my smog. Cool guy (Thi Nguyen). $50 for me
He shares his station with the tint place. Good guy as well (John) who has tinted all of my cars except for the suby (already has tint).

Can we assume that Thi Nguyen is "visual friendly"?

yes. On my last car, 240SX, the timing was off at 16 and should be at 20+/- 2. I just smogged that on Aug 29th, the day I sold it.
He just said adjust the timing and he still passed me. He even did a delay in smog as I didn't warm up the car enough as it was a 5min drive from my house.
I had a hi-flow cat and K&n intake on there. It barely passed nox at 790 out of 799 lol.
He'll look to see if there is a cat but he's not detailed on the looking of the mods.

fmic shouldn't matter, its generally the non-CARB intake that will get you if they're being picky.

I don't know if that'll pass for the tbe. I know that he might look under and will also depend on how bad it smells being at idle.
