ok anyone whos comes up with the $650.00 first takes them, they are 5x114 18x9 30 offset, painted white, nitto neo gen tires 225/40/18 pretty new tread

Im interested, what is the offset and will it fit Stock STI Suspension for now?..I will be lowered on Prodrive and Stock shocks.
