Just fronts, but there are rears. I offed those last year though. The old rears are the same as the current '06 ones though- the logo is painted on, not cast in like these front calipers are. The new WRX 4 pots just get stickers.

Just out of curiosity, for the 4 pots, the Subaru website says the 4pots require a 17" wheel for the MY02+ WRX 4pot kit and a 16x7.0 for the GC model's 4pot kit. What is the difference between the two and what fitment is yours for?

There is no difference between the two calipers and rotors. They make the distinction because GC/GM RS came with 16x7 wheels that clear them, and GD Imprezas did not.
