Is there any chance the springs are still on the shocks? I don't have easy access to a spring compressor

Unfortunately, no. Strangely enough, I've replaced everything in my suspension except the top nut. I could pull everything together for you with my spring compressor if you supply the top nut. Let me know if that works at all for you.
