Perhaps - but the steering wheel and hazard button being totally different does make one think they perhaps they aren't the same car . Oh well, yes, its still a clean install.

anyways...thanks again for all your efforts rugmonkey and it is definitely appreciated.
Sorry you misunderstood. I was not judging rugmonkey's character. All I was saying is sometimes when things sound too good too be true; they are.
With that aside, I'm glad everyone got there stuff.
In the event that rugmonkey can set something like this up again, I'll be on board.

on my last gps system...I actually had UNDER the clock and it worked fine. I'd say the windshield and plastic only reduced the capabilities by 10%. I thought that was a fair trade off for a clean install.

I mounted mine on the rear deck. Your supposed to mount the GPS device on the magnet square they give you. And I just slipped the magnet square under the break light, if you get what I mean.

I mounted my friends under the back seat in the middle. It'll fit and all the foam padding will help if someone sits back there. It won't get squished.

Oh, the antenna. My bad. My friends is mounted on the dash, near the clips. There was a receiving unit for it that's mounted under the seat.
