i would assume with a automatic trans there is some clearance issue accessing the pully either due to transmission cooler or the engine is further forward with the automatic??? just my guess..

The reason why the Auto tranny cost more due to the radiator needs to be remove to use an impact gun to shoot out the bolts, with the 5 or 6 speed... you can put the car in gear and loosen the bolt...which the auto tranny you CAN'T do that. there for the extra $75 bux is for R&R on the radiator and a coolant flush.
