Thanks for the bumps, guys. I think I've sourced a master cylinder, rack and axle. If I get them in time, I'll install them and leave the price the same. If I get them, but don't have time to install them, I'll include 'em with the car and throw in copies of the procedure from my service manual. 
Next best thing to installing them for you.
I also want to add that my car isn't really all that unrealistically priced, especially considering the work that I've put into it. Go through and add up what all of the parts in that list would cost you, and subtract it from the price of the car. I realize you never get back what you put into a car, but that still doesn't even come close to what I've put into this thing. Especially if you take all the labor into account. And just for perspective purposes, this car is for sale for $2000 (I'd totally buy it):
