I'm in Sonora, but i'll deliver it to the bay. The trunk is in good shape, but where the wing mounts, there are scratches, but obviously you can't see them once you put the wrx wing on.

I don't have torsion bars.

Ill buy the struts and springs if they will fit a 96 legacy sedan.. i know that 02 and 03's do... gimmie a call asap 530-205-04 two 8 my namr is Tyler

These fit 02-07 so then yes, they should fit. I'll text you since that's all I can do where I live.
