I'm not really sure, came with the car when I bought it a year ago.

Maybe "Stepmaster V-2". They light up amber and do an intro sweep if that helps. What other differences are there?

hmm never heard of stepmaster v-2... Defi's are usually BF, BF advance, Red racer, blue racer and a few more. BF and Advance are probably the most common. Got any pics?
