Job: Admin/Office Assistant
BAIC, my life at work has gotten crazy to the point where I am looking for a part time admin/office assistant. I would say that this will be between 15-20 hours a week.
Basic job duties, not limited to:
- Assist with finance dept
- Prepare company product packages
- Assist with logistics and shipping
- Strong phone skills, front office assistance
- Organizing and maintaining upkeep of office
- Perform other clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, copying and similar duties
- Office supply and equipment procurement and maintenance
- Meeting and travel arrangements (HUGE)
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- College degree would be nice but not required, prior experince req'd
- Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office tools
- Ability to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle confidential matters
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
- Multi-tasking is a MUST
- Attention to detail, produce high quality, accurate work
- Experience with general administration of a small office
- Able to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
We are a technology consulting firm based in SF (SOMA district) with offices in Orange County, Minneapolis, and North India with plans for an office in Boston by the Fall (or sooner).
There's a possibility that this could turn into a fulltime job by the start of next year if we continue our growth.
I work an average of 12-hours a day plus additional hours on the weekends which is killing me and I need someone that is super reliable. I'm extremely flexible but there is little to no room for mistakes - the last mistake cost my company $50k in a botched deal.
If you or someone you know might be interested, please email me dchoi@lunexa.com
thanks

I pay with peanuts.... but in all seriousness, I don't know yet. I am in the process of re-doing all of my budgets for the remainder of the year and will have a better idea of compensation by middle of next week, so I will get back to you on that.
Additional responsibilities that I will want this person to take over is minor duties in staffing and recruiting.

My company is pretty cool. Everyone works super hard but when we hit happy hour or go out to company functions, our bar tabs usually exceed $1500.
We just got back from a company retreat and had our team members from India here for their first time and we went to a bar....one my of my guys from India has never had a beer before but we convinced him to a chugging contest with some white chick.... he whooped her ***
not to mention, I go to the trackdays with one of my clients, which turns it into client-bonding

This one particular client is pretty awesome and we have lots in common - likes to drive fast, likes to shoot guns, and we're in the same industry for work. not to mention, we later found out that his cousin and I have known each other for a long time through martial arts.
