JDM Sti v7 struts

I have a set of JDM STi v7 struts I removed from my 2002 WRX, these are the struts only and do not include springs or tophats.

The struts were purchased from jdmpartstx.com in October of 2005 with 8000 km on them. I have since put approximately 20-25k miles on them for a total of 30k miles. During this time they have not been raced or abused. They are in good shape, but as expected do have a little of the standard Sti inverted strut knocking because it's time to re-spray the shafts with some silicon lubricant (I'll do this before they are sold). The is a lot of information on the Sti strut knocking on the web, and I encourage anybody who is worried about this to do some reading to alleviate your concerns.

I've been running the struts with Prodrive springs and GroupN top-hats and have been extremely impressed with the way the setup handles.

I'd like to get $300 OBO for the entire set. Let me know if you have any questions. Local pickup in San Francisco would be preferred to save shipping costs, or we can meet somewhere in the BayArea.

Good deal on some killer struts.

I have the V7 off the Spec C. These look like the same struts. Super beefy.

onemanarmy... did you HAVE to have camber bolts in rear to install on the wagon? or rather, the camber issue is in the rear using sedan struts, not the front?

jonluude,

Here is a picture of the v7 struts and Prodrive springs on the car.

pignoseWRX,

I'm selling this "first come first served", but there is a good chance they'll still be around after the holidays.

haha, no worries. i don't believe in "dibs". cash talks. i'm going to figure out if the rear camber difference will be an issue for me.

not sure you can use these on an 06. but if you could, the camber issue would be in the front (too much positive camber when using sedan struts on a wagon) because of the narrower track width.
