LOL, no It's never enough. Ask Krinkov on here, he's running our GT30 kit and he drives TONS of miles everyday all over the Bay Area.

Thanks
Preston

Personally I would ditch the TMIC and go with a decent FMIC setup.

I know I see krinkov almost every thursday at Lic motorsports and every time i see his car i get pumped up to get more power. Although he has an STI, so i figure they can hold more hp reliably than a wrx. Krinkov says he gets great boost response with his gt30, what rpm does the wrx reach full boost at?

I don't remember off hand about the full boost for WRX since I don't have access to the dyno charts. I'll talk to our tuner tomorrow
Thanks

Off-topic I know...
Just curious, from a practical point of view how do you get extensive mods like this through the smog test? Just one peek under the hood or at the FMIC, and it is pretty obvious that the car isn't stock.

I'm currently have a run-of-the-mill VF34, dual tip catted turboback setup and it all looks pretty stock.

nope, if your priorities are to stay stock looking then you should probably stay with the VF34

I've never had an open wastegate, I've only heard them via my PC. Are they really loud? What point do they start venting? High rpms, peak boost?

Just thinking about keeping my car as quiet as possible.

They are very loud and vent at a set PSI depending on the spring used in the wastegate, we typically use .7bar and 1.0bar springs.
