Gas Powered RC car for sale + body. Pics!
I have here this beautiful, gas powered RC car for sale. I have had it for a few years though I don't remember the make or model (sorry). We bought it new at Airborne Hobbies in Sac.
The car hauls *** - the guys at Airborne indicated it could hit 55mph though I never found enough ground to really test that. I do know that it rockets to the top of it's first gear and once it switches gears it's MOVING. The car absolutely flies.
Comes with:
car is complete and in working order. It does need a little cleaning and it needs a new wheel/tire set. I haven't run it for a year or so but the last time I did it started up and went without issue.
radio
s15 silvia body
I'm looking to get $175.

not a whole lot if you are just playing with it. Idealy you will not want to leave gas in the motor(make sure to run it dry) and make sure its tuned properly ( head temp around 220-240 F) and it will run forever

This is a steal, it's an HPI Nitro RS4, and if I remember correctly it's the first version and a much better setup for bashing with a really solid motor. It started right up last time Scott and I ran it. I'm getting out of nitro myself (nowhere to run it) or I already would have bought it.......
Any local hobby shop can get you set up with the necessary accessories, too. Buy Matt's stuff, it's in great shape and will have a set of slicks from Scott.
