UCBSTI theres a differnce between blue book price and market price. a new motor and new paintjob ontop of what stock ones with high miles are going for is what the ASKING price was based on.

on a side note... really why do you guys flame so hard on posts like these? what you drive a subie so your better then someone with a honda? i had a subie and me and all of the origonal leaders werent dicks like this to anyone. Just because a few people with subies think there invincible and wrap their cars around trees or hurt inncent people doing stupid stuff like donuts in a full parking lot doesnt make me talk smack about all subie owners. you guys who are talking smack here need to grow up because how your acting isnt any better then the 16 year old kids with flame stickers and neon lights.

so really now do you guys feel better about yourselves yet? does making fun of a honda make your cars that much faster? or does it just make you think your a better person so you can do the stupid things that ricers do but better? if you dont have a postive thing to say dont say it. Krin you said "you shouldnt act like your car is so special that we dont even deserve to get a ride in it unless we show you thousands of dollars first." now the fact of the matter is its not people dont deserve to drive the car without cash, its people like you who are full of themselves and dont have respect for others that drive with their chins up so high they cant see the road. so when you get your head out of your ***, wash your mouth for talking so much crap about a CAR one you probally cant even afford, then grow up.... maby just MABY you'll get a little bit of respect from somebody

haha someone was PMSing

pretty clean ride hope ya sell, too bad its auto

First off, KBB states this car is only worth $5200 in excellent condition with 30k miles (w/CD player/ sun roof/alloy wheels). I don't know how your friend came up with that number. I'm not a great car buyer but I know to check the value of a car prior to buying.
FYI: You should delete your initial post and post else where until the joke dies down.

um thanks for the advice? but like you said "I'm not a great car buyer" and well ive sold a good amount of cars. his asking price is based on the market price of the specific car and model in a specific area. This does not mean because the car is a rip off because its above kbb. and if you think it is feel free to go on craigslist and email everyone else selling the same car, but lower model, and higher miles.

Good luck on the sell, but before my subie I had a 1995 prelude but it was a vtec model, manual with 112k. In 8/10 condition.
Took me 2 months to sell it for $4000.
