Here is what I propose:

We all meet together.
Samui pays me $700. HellaSlow pays me $100.
Samui gets the white 17" torque r.
Hella Slow gets my 18" torque r.

If you still have tires on your torque r's, that certainly complicates the issue. But assuming Samui wants the tires, he should just pay more, no?
