03_impreza_AIL As far as I know the piece did not come from mann. I'm not sure of it's precise origins, but the guy who had it before me was not the type to buy fakes, and indeed paid some 700 or so dollars for it. From what I can tell, it is a legit piece. I invite anyone with questions to swing by and take a look at it. The build quality appears to be milled 6061. Why the fittings are welded, rather than milled as one piece, I don't know.
