sounds like its been jacked and its not his at all that why he needs money so bad.. i would just buy a new one for the price of the AP and to ship it back to cobb

A new one is 700$+ shipping but this one is 70$ + the 400$ + shipping to unmarry it so you are saving 200$~ this way.
