Basically the buyer is getting an Accessport that is super cheap, but they will need to send in to COBB to have unmarried and make it useable for them.
If I'm not mistaken the model is the AP-SUB-001 (seller can verify and confirm that if need be).

I'm sure he realizes that, hence why he is selling it for only $80 and not $450+ for the unit.

Once its married, you have to unmarry it manually. Often times people trade in cars and forget to unmarry the AP, and then you have a situation like this.
Cobb charges a buttload of money to basically reset it... which sucks cause it only costs them shipping fees.
