As many of you know my 07 STi sat in numerous shops without me driving it for about 3 years. Almost all of the miles on the car are break in miles from the 4 motors that were put into it. None of the motors were assembled correctly except for the last one from EQ Tuning.

I put 5k break in miles on this motor and then had it tuned by Ed about a month or so ago. Since then it has sat in my garage and has been driven once a week to charge the battery (after priming the car first). I have not even driven the car hard after the tune, I drove it back home in traffic and that's it. Many people on here can back me up since they know I daily drive a Civic and never drive the STi.

This means you get the rare opportunity of getting a modded car that you know has NOT been abused or beaten on. The only miles on the engine are the break in miles and the miles from driving the car home and charging the battery. We all know how rare this is with STis and Evos. On to the car:

The KBB for this car is about 27,000 but that is for an 07 STi with 32,000 miles on the motor, this one only has 5k break in miles and the mileage from driving back to Fairfield. KBB for an 07 with 5k miles is 29-30.

My asking price is 30,000 which seems more than fair considering all the mods, many of which are almost brand new. It also cost about 10k to get the motor back in and running right, plus the tune.

If I do part it out, which I don’t want to do since I just want to get rid if it, I will part out everything but the motor bits, and will ask for 29,000.

Exterior:
-Professionaly painted headlights
-V Limited Replica Lip
-07 WRX Trunk
-05 STi Tailights
-20% Tint all Around
-STi badges and stickers removed
-Passenger side foglight cover to provide air directly to the intake


Interior:
-Black Recaro Speed Driver’s Seat
-05 WRX Black Interior
-Black Painted Defi Gauge Pod with Amber (matching stock STi gauge cluster) Boost Gauge, Oil Pressure, and Exhaust Temp gauges and the Control unit
-Upgraded Front Speakers (I think they are Alpines)
-Auto Dimming Mirror with Compass
-OEM All Season Floormats

Security:
-Clifford Matrix 2.5 or 3.5, professionally tucked and hidden w/ lift sensor, and I think one more (it was several years ago).
-2 Kill Switches, one needs to be pressed for the car to start, and the other one is hidden and needs to be in the on position for that one to even work, otherwise no power is sent to the car.

Suspension:
-RCE Yellow Springs
-Group N Front Tophats
-Whiteline 27mm Front and Rear Sway Bars
-Whiteline or Kartboy Rear Endlinks (Have to double check)
-Whiteline Steering Rack Bushings


Driveline bits:

Engine Mods:
The engine bay was setup to look completely stock minus the intake which has the carb sticker, in case I was ever pulled over after moving back to CA.

The car makes 320whp/300tq on 91. On e85 I would assume it would be around 400 based on other cars with similar builds.

Car has never been in ANY accident, small or large. Never tracked. Never launched, NOT EVEN ONCE! It was driven like it was meant to be on the original motor back in 2007 but that only lasted for a few months. It hadn't seen boost since then until a few months ago when Ed tuned it.

I thought kbb and such base the price on mileage on the car not the motor? if not I got ripped off on a bunch of cars I sold in the past =\ glws

It is off the mileage of the car, I was just trying to figure out a balance!

It makes me sick just looking at it knowing how much money I lost on the 4 motor builds, I want it out of my life forever It's caused me so much stress it's ridiculous.
