$260 FIRM: Gruppe-S V2 Header - 02+ WRX / 04+ STI (Palo Alto)
Gruppe-S V2 header. Bought it from a fellow i-clubber owner 2 months ago. I never installed it because I changed my build plans. He had it on his car for about 5k miles; purchased new in December '05. Looks great and has original box and gasket.
$399 + tax new. I'm asking $260 firm.
From the Gruppe-S website: "The Gruppe-S exhuast manifold is a 4 to 1 unequal length manifold. It will retain your boxer rumble and features T304 Stainless Steel piping, mandrel bends, and CNC precision cut flanges. The 4-1 collector is cast to ensure the smoothest possible low rates. This header is dyno proven to make power; it will not lose power or torque in 2.5L applications anywhere in the RPM range. 2.0L motors will lose some low-end and mid- range power to gain more high-end power and torque. The more modified your vehicle is, the more pronounced the gains from these headers will be."

Sorry no camera so no pics. But it looks just the attachment below from the Gruppe-S website. It's used but not ugly or blotchy if that worries you. Typical discoloration that you'd expect from heating a stainless steel tube.
