its not really stealing, they just post it on their page. some random dude came across it and he happened to be the one who originally posted it to tumblr

People have no respect for the property of others, nor the rights of the originator of the photos.

And without giving credit, which even that is questionable in the "fair use" legal defense, it's still theft.
