FS/FT: 2007 wrb WRX

I'm looking to sell my much loved WRX. I'm thinking of going to an older Subaru. I'm thinking an 05 STi, but i'm open to different things.

So here's what it is. 2007 WRX in world rally blue. It is NOT the TR model. So it has the 6 disk changer, aux imput, fog lamps, sti side skirts, sport seats, auto climate control, etc. The car was purchased new in 07 from Oakland Subaru. I've been the only owner and some of you may know that I work for a Subaru dealership in Sonora. All services have been performed on this car. Oil changed with synthetic every 3000 miles. I'm currently running Amsoil. The car has under 27,000 miles on it right now. It is currently sitting in my garage and i'm currently in Ireland until the 16th of June.

The car itself is pretty clean. I wax every 3 months with nano wax. I've buffed the entire car less than 1k miles ago with 3m superfina. The interior is spotless. Non smoker. Being that I live in the mountains, there are some dents and dings here and there, nothing major though however, the front bumper has been replaced and completely painted WRB because i've bottomed out on my bumper on too many driveways up here in the hills. The driver's side fender and headlight have also been replaced because of a 5mph or so run-in with a truck. It basically just crunched in the fragile fender just a little which is already beyond repair on aluminium and the headlight was cracked. The car has always been garage kept as well. Of course it has the factory warranty still.

The car had an issue with the reverse shift fork, or something like that at around 25k miles. This was fixed under warranty by our Subaru service dept. So the car has an entirely brand new transmission and clutch from Subaru and was installed by our best Subaru technician of 15 years experience.
Note: this car has not been abused. I've driven it the way it's meant to be driven a few times, and seldom pushed its limits. I've been known to drive this thing around like a grandma...very slow, and conserved...SERIOUSLY! I've always been afraid of blowing up a gear or something, so i've always been scared to push it hard. No launching etc. The car is currently running a Cobb ots stage 2 map. It will be reverted back to stock for selling.
The car handles extremely well. I've spent sometime fine tuning the sway bars and it handles very nicely. With the 245's and Rotas, it has tons and tons of grip. With the stockers, the steering response is so quick and precise it'll rips your head off. lol Corners pretty flat, the ride is not too harsh (the prodrive springs are the best i've ridden on by far!), and there is not a hint of understeer. I originally was oversteering too much, but I tuned that out, the car is perfect right now.

So here's some goodies it comes with:

Engine:
SPT intake with 5k miles on a AEM filter and heatshield
Blitz catback exhaust
Ground kit
GT spec radiator cover
STi TMIC
Perrin catless downpipe

Tranny:
STi short linkage shifter

Suspension:
STi struts w/ around 35k miles on them.
Prodrive STi red springs
Rallitek front and rear sway bars.
Rallitek rear solid endlinks
replica STi strut bars front and rear

Exterior:
Rota Torque 17x8 +35 wheels (painted white)
Brand new Sumitomo HTRZ III 245/40/17 tires (top rated extreme perf summer tires by Tire Rack)
Replica lightweight STi spoiler. Professionally painted and mint. It is half the weight of the real STi wing and does not flop around as it's very rigid. Like CF is.
STi trunk springs
Also included: wingless springs and hole plugs (if you want to run wingless)
Limo tint on the rear 3 windows
Stock wheels included (painted white with re92 tires)
Rally Armor Mudflaps
painted and cleared headlights
Includes some Hella 500 lamps that you can install yourself

Interior:
Blitz dual turbo timer and boost gauge. All security measures were properly wired.

With all the above mods, i'm asking $18,000

asking $17,500 with stock dp and no accessport or sti tmic.

I'm would be willing to trade for an STi as of right now. Throw me whatever other offers you have.

I can finance this car for as I work at a Subaru dealership and will take ALL trade-ins.

NOTE: the CF wing is no longer on the car and is now the stock WRB hood.

Thanks Ryan. Listen to this man! somebody buy my car! haha
I finally got that new headlight to! I can't believe I'm leaving all the mods on to...even the new tires.

If someone buys this soon, then perhaps i'll come home with some UKDM secksiness.
