Im pretty sure the wrecked car has an ECU and wiring harness because i think the motor that he's selling is out of that wrecked car and from his first post...$3500 installed OTD, am i the missing something here? or is there a different price tag installed for different years? anyways.. great motor, great fellow, good luck on the sale. I can't wait til i get another impreza and if this deal is still going on, i'd hop on it.

Bump for one the greatest vendors in the USA. This is a great price and would go GREAT on an older WRX that has super high mileage and needs a replacement. You'll basically have a new car with this thing installed!

OK....
The price is installed into any EJ255 powered vehicle.
ADDITIONAL cost for installation into any other vehicle, as it will take ADDITONAL labor, parts, materials, etc.

WOW! Anyone out there having engine problems, this is a GREAT friggin deal!
Hey Paul, how much wiring is involved in transplanting this motor into a 2002 bugeye? I know there's a lot of crap that needs to be done, but I wasn't sure if the entire wiring harness had to be replaced or not.
I have a friend who is in need of a new motor on her 2002 WRX which has like 200,000 miles on it, I'll ask her if she's interested.
Also, +1 for DBTuned! A GREAT vendor who has done sooooooooooooooo much to support our local bay area subaru community! Help support your local small businesses!
