no its new sleeves USED block halves. Don't know anyone that would use new case halves to destroy them.

as mentioned: "Block halves are used (standard when doing sleeves)"

depends on what you add for internals, your asking a question without specifics and how far you wish to take the build, std crank, billet crank, 79mm, 81mm, etc...

*figure a cosworth short block goes for roughly $9,500 with billet crank, so it would be around that + this case if you wish to have a sleeved version.
