not too sure about diameter, this was on my 05 with stock turbo and no gaskets, mike at GST ordered it for me

I believe it tapers down to stock midpipe size, not sure someone correct me if im wrong. I had a stock exhaust on my car along with this setup and again, mike at gst ordered this for me as well

It is, its weighted so it helps with shifting. The threading piece is plastic, but the previous 2 owners including me had carefully twisted it on the shifter so it goes on easily. You can toss it in your car right on the spot to see if you like the feel as well before you buy it
