Ohhhhh this is nice...If 2nd car parking was not a hastle in my apartment complex I would be all over this...I get 1 assigned spot in a garage, but have to battle it out for limited visitor spaces for any other ones

Yeah, I believe ya. I once owned an '88 5 sp Corolla that totally pwned in gas mileage...40+ mpg on mixed driving
But you don't know how bad guest or 2nd car parking is where I live. After 4 pm its IMPOSSIBLE to get a spot. Its pretty much all families around there and they race to come home early so they can park (while I come home at always past 10 pm). I have seen people stand outside blocking spots for others and having stare down contests with drivers wanting that spot
