Get an STi! As much as I love EVOs, I'm glad I got my STi over a mitsu. The STi is just better quality in general, and since you're a subaru nerd, you're already familiar with the car which is a GIANT plus!

I was about an inch away from buying an EVO, but then I drove my friends lightly modded STi and forgot what an EVO even was after that.

If you want to drive my STi to experience what I did, you're more then welcome to. You'll be sold instantly.


(I've extended this offer to many BAIC folks, and all who have driven it are now sold and no longer thinking of getting an evo. w00t!)

Like I said, I was doing paperwork for an EVO when my friend showed up, I drove his car, and I said "screw the evo!". Its a better car overall even though the evo is slightly faster around a corner in stock vs stock form, but that can all be changed with some mods. Besides, the 2.5L engine + exhaust = orgasmic.

I have an 07 grey STi

 

I think I was slightly turned off when I went to the Roseville Auto Mall for ****s and giggles with tofuman. Saw an 05 STi checked it out, douche bag salemen runs out. Damn...I was spotted....Shoots **** with me tells me of the Limited STi he has in the back BUT it was being checked to make sure it was ok to put out on the lot. Comes back tells me its unavailble and basically tells me to get a Porche instead. And as he says this an EVO pulls out the parking lot. AHAHAHAHA.

I know a WRX wayyyyyyyyy better than an EVO, I've heard it's alot of computer related stuff and less hands on.

 

Semper....the Subaru Dealership in the Roseville Automall ****ing blows! I HATE going in there. Ive had nothing but bad experiences in there

 

Hmmmmm good to know I'm NOT the only one. BTW it was a middle easter guy with THE BIGGEST COLD SORE/unhuman growth on his lip. I couldn't stop staring...

 

but yea.. I wouldnt let the roseville one stear you away from gettin an STi... there are better dealerships out there, and private party finds.
