Wiring is plug and play but you do have to widen one of the screw holes on each mirror. Also, the mirrors themselves have a fisheye look to them as that is how they are in Japan. Allows a little extra blindspot clearance. Not a big deal but it is distorted. You can NOT fix that by just buying the mirror lens. You need to buy the USDM backing as well, as that is the part that's curved to cause the illusion.

Blackwgn, check your PM if these are still around. My left JDM mirror motor just died out
