You know I researched a crapload because I relaly want an evo2 and I remmeber there were some fitment problems because osmoene bought an wrx version for sti. theres a few threads over at nasioc but basically the differentials are placed in different positions for the sti and wrx so if you get a wrx evo2 it'll be a lot closer and probably rub. although i thikn the vender was just trying to sell new evo2 instead of me buying used ones. i asked a guy there who had a wrx evo2 on his 06 sti and he said yeah its a pretty snug fit so im guessing sti version gives u more room. if anyone can chime in that'll be great, i couldve gotten some nice deals on evo2 but didn't want it to not fit. it's basically the same exhaust but made to fit the two cars better.
bump for a niceeeeee exhaust.

I had greddy evo too, i liked it. bump for a nice sounding exhaust! and good price!
I personally dont think that there should be fitmet issues on an STi. when i had mine it would occassionally rattle a little bit at idles, but that was probably due to it sitting funny on the exhaust hangers
