Sorry for the delay in responses, been retarded busy at work, then spent last weekend at Laguna Seca.

The spring rates on the Flex's are just about the same as the JIC's IIRC, but the JICs seem to have a bit stiffer valving. If you've already got Flex's, you probably won't get your money's worth going to the JIC's.
