Custom Bugeye FX35 Retrofit headlights :)
Up for grabs...is a set of BugEye Retrofits: Absolute awesome light output!
The Specs:
Housings:
-02/03 OEM WRX 'BugEye' Headlights
-Lenses have been polished to about 90%-95% new
Light Output:
-2006 Infiniti FX35 Bi-Xenon Projectors
-OEM Matsush-ita Ballasts (same as 04-09 STI)
-OEM Phillips 4300k + HID Bulbs
Turn Signals:
-Flush Chromed
-Sylvania Amber Bulbs
Shrouds/Paint and Miscellaneous:
-The old OEM reflector has been satin-blacked out and the projectors sport a set of Ocular Shrouds, black & chrome
-The "chrome reflector area" of the turn signals has been selectively left for lighting purposes.
-The remaining portions of the shroud have been painted in a sleek Satin-Black
Best Part:
-These lights are 100% Plug-n-Play...No wiring to deal with or bumper to remove. These plug-in to the same exact spot your standard halogen bulb and turn signal/parking-light harnesses do.
I just got these and I LOVE how they look and the light output is awesome with a sweet cutoff. I'm strapped for cash right now and want to go to New York, being that I have 3 sets of headlights I'm going to try to get rid of them.
Please don't lowball.
$825 for everything, I paid $795 but one bulb was blown so I bought 2 brand new Phillips 85122 43000k bulbs ($50 each, less than 50 miles on them) . and i'll throw in an extra free working bulb.
Function and form! Get better output than jdm/edms, with quality oem parts, and a unique set that not everyone and their momma is rocking.
i'm gonna get good quality pics on the car and and of the cut off probably tonight.

tell me these arent some sweet looking headlights! 1 of 1 i think the shrouds are the best part.
I will get shots of the cutoff and light output at night.
this is a picture of the output in my garage with the garage open and during the day. oh and my driveway is crooked thats why the pattern is like that. and here is a cell phone pic of the cut off when i was about 10 feet from the wall.

http://www.blackflamecustoms.com/ black flame customs did the job. Great guy he's a member on Nasioc and will warranty all of the work.
"These come with a lifetime warranty. Which, in short, means I expect them to outlast your car.
If a ballasts burns out (normal wear and tear) those would need to be replaced, but in all the retrofits Ive done Ive NEVER seen a ballast go bad (OEM quality FTW).
I expect no issues with fogging either.
My only suggestion is rock blocker on the front so they stay clean and clear.
Honestly, if there is ever a problem let me know and Id be more than happy to take care of it/solve it with you.
Ill send an invoice asap.
Thanks
~JB"
He has gotten back to me with great communication so trust that these will be a good investment.
Think of the price of materials and retrofit jobs done at similar companies. and these come with *OEM* hid kit and plug and play harness and its actually a bargain. I know its a lot of money to spend on headlights but with the money pit subarus are why not invest in some quality pieces you won't regret.
