The car had these lights when I bought it and it didn't come with HIDs. Just some H3's in the projector. Always planned on buying some, just never got around to it

They're still up.

Honestly, couldn't tell you. I have no freakin' clue what I'm doing when it comes to cars. It took me 9.5 hrs to switch out my uppipe over 4 years ago.
