The catback does come with the gaskets. I think he'd like to sell the exhaust as a complete system unless there's also a buyer for the downpipe.

Bump. Please check your sources before making offers. The downpipe is catted and was purchased on Rallysportdirect for a little over $500, CBE for almost $1k (plus shipping). Again, these parts are nearly new. The car had 1500 miles on it when it was sold and the exhaust and AP were on the car for roughly 1000 miles. Feel free to pm reasonable offers.
