Bigger Fuel Injectors ($700)
NEw CLutch (exedy stage 2) ($700)
Invidia Down pipe
Hks Carbon Ti exhaust ($800)
too much upgrades to list .. need to come and see it your self

If its 4 model years old or newer, then it wont have to be smogged, you just pay for the "smog transfer" when you go to DMV.
So a 2005 model will be good to go without actually smog testing until sometime in 2009.
