Tires were used when I bought them and now I am selling them with used tires for $50 less.

I think it is fair for a set of wheels in practically perfect condition with tires (albeit not perfect tires by any means).

If you don't, offer me a lower price.

The worst I can say is no.

fair enough. i agree its an ok price, but for the 4th owner, id expect the price to come down a LITTLE more than just 50 bux. fwiw 16x8 slips are rare enough these days so id expect no trouble still yet.
