Everything but the hood.scoop. its a Porsche gray color. Body has dents and dings but nothing major. Since its not a Subaru color you will have to have it painted anyways. Right now its all there. Need a door or something?

Yeah. Will need some filler and sanding and paint. Normal stuff from any body shop. No cracks or anything I've seen.
