So what is the overall condition of the FMIC? Is all the hardware included? I.E.: couplers, piping, bolts, overflow tank? Just making sure I can install this with no issues.

You can never have "no issues". A car is a machine on wheels. Machines always break down. Lemme know if u still want it.
