Hey fellas-

I got an 06 sti. Right now i have cobb accessport, cobb turbo back, cobb light weight pulley. I want to get a little more power without doing the turbo and all that fun stuff right now, i dont got the money. ive been reading a little bit about this alcohol injection from SMC is this a good kit? Would i need any other mods for it, i dont wanna ruin my engine so i wanna make sure. thanks

Hey Josh,

Looking into this myself. From what I gather the SMC kit is great.

Other mods I am looking at maybe upgrading the Fuel pump and the injectors then adding the SMC kit before I go an upgrade the turbo. These upgrades might not be necessary though since the extra fuel is being supplied by the Meth.

Am interested too so will keep an eye on this thread. I have an 07' STi with Stage II protune.

Eventually looking at a 20g with TMIC and SMC meth kit but like you I am waiting but would like a little boost.
