Richmond Area (I-95) on 07-04-03 Late At Night

I was cruising through the Richmond area Late Thursday-Early Friday (circa 03:00 AM or so) and I was cruising along with someone with an 02 Modified Blue WRX Wagon (also some guy in a Silver 350z), and I was wondering if it was anyone on here ... They had Virginia plates, but I honestly didnt' take much notice to anything else about the car ...

It looked like it may have had a TXS RFL Ti muffler on it and it was pretty damn loud ...

Anyone on here do some late night cruising around Richmond at that time?
