Well, I cleaned out my bottom bracket tonight and there was definitely some mud and debris in there.
But after putting the crank back together, my front derailleur is way off (not sure how that happened). Some of the noise I may have been hearing could have been the chain rubbing against the front derailleur. It's definitely doing it now.
I'll see if the bike shop can get it fixed by Saturday (and also replace my rear derailleur as it has gotten worse).

Dude! Sweet!
The 18 miles is just about right. You're out there for long enough that the drive is even more justified and you get a kick *** workout (nearly double the workout we normally get )

I don't know, what are you guys feeling? I'd be down for another long ride, I really like that loop. I just need to eat better next time.
Maybe we could ride Olmstead and cut down to the dam, then maybe up to the lot on 49 and back? or something.

Oh, hey, guys, I've been looking around for a good FAQ but can't really find anything. When I'm looking at the tires I see different compounds listed and such - do you guys know what the different compounds are good for as far as trail conditions, temp, etc?
