Sweet ride today. Olmstead was pretty dry until the last 3 miles or so. That mud puddle I bombed through SOAKED me. Here's the only pic I took on trail today, this one is cool though. Kind of scary to round a corner at speed and see this:

I was hoping to do the 18 miler again -
Start at connector trail head, ride connector to FHDL, ride FHDL counter-clock-wise (normal direction), then ride connector back to the car. That was a FUN ride last weekend, and it was a good push to our normal 10 mile loops. I'd like to start riding a bit longer when we can in the future - it's fun :wiggle:
Mike - what happened with your BB/crank following the ride on Sunday?

Hey, if you ride up culvert, doesn't that dump you out on Foresthill rd. somehow? I was thinking of making up a franken-ride and doing something like FHDL lower lot, ride directly to connector (so go clockwise to connector, do not do FHDL loop), ride connector, then do culvert (or fuel break?) across the bridge, then get to stagecoach somehow (trail from the bridge or up and in to auburn I guess), then come down stage coach, up clementine, connector back to FHDL and ride CCW to lower lot (again, don't do the loop).

Sonic...I may be down for Saturday but I'll just ride the loop/connector at my own pace. You guys don't need to wait up. I hate holding guys up. 18miles is a pretty solid run for me at this point and I'm still feeling the pain in my legs from cramping up so bad You guys put an *** whoop on me!
