Nope...heading to the East Bay on Saturday.

But I am heading to North* on Wednesday if you want to come along...

 

I guess I'm doing the FATRAC Sweetwater/Salmon Falls ride Saturday. You guys do know that you don't have to be a FATRAC member to ride their rides don't you?

 

I do I like riding with those guys. I just have to help my friend move this Saturday. I'm going to try and do whatever ride they have on the 24th

 

Yep, it is a fun group to ride with. I just looked at their calendar and they have nothing scheduled for the 24.

I think I'm going to be out of town next weekend.

 

Dang, I won't be able to take a day off next week. Be careful on Boondocks!

As it turns out we're going to be riding in the Mill Valley area on Saturday. Also, I'll be in Tahoe for Labor Day weekend if anyone wants to meet up for a ride.

Is anyone riding over Labor Day weekend? Thinking HITG, but wondering if anyone else is down to go.

 

If Joe gets his titus built up we might be down.

 

Did he buy a frame that he's building up?

We don't have to ride HITG if he doesn't want to. There are great XC rides all over Tahoe.

Yeah he got the CF Titus. He got kid-owned though, so if we mtb we're going to do Salmon Falls in the AM. Gotta be home by about 12.

 

Wow, he got the CF version? That's crazy. Well, I would expect him to really get into MTBing now...

 

Yeah. He'll still be slow though.

He's been big in to mountain biking for a long time, he just had some old equipment. He was wearing his Proflex jersey yesterday that he wore in the early 90s. It was awesome.

 

I've got a couple from the mid 80's. I guess that means I'm old.

It turns out I can ride Saturday morning. I will be visiting friends in Tahoe Saturday afternoon until Monday afternoon. I'm not sure if I'll be taking a bike to Tahoe.

 

Randy - Looks like Joe will have his TItus all built up. Salmon Falls in the AM on Saturday? 8 AM Start time?

 

8 would be good. It is suppose to cool down a little by then. I'll let Bert know too.

Speaking of Bert, he and I rode Granite Bay today starting at 8:45. A little hot but we took it easy and it wasn't a problem.

 

N* got put on pause cuz Larry couldn't make it and Matt.P. (from mtbr) couldn't get the day off either (he actually works @ N* but everyone was quitting so he had to work it). Now they will just be open on the weekends for the rest of the season.

Anyway, I'm not sure what's in store for me this weekend but I'm hoping to get one day in...I'll post up once I figure it out and see if anyone is available. I know it won't be tomorrow though...
