Okay, no problem. Thanks for letting me know.

We should plan another HITG or Downieville trip before the end of the summer. I'm in Sac this weekend, so I might have some time to ride on Saturday if you guys are meeting up

doh I thought you were going to still be camping through this weekend. I'm not going to be able to mountain bike. Josey wants me to go research kayaks with her on Saturday and Sunday I've got a loooonngggg ride planned because I registered for the Napa century on 8/17 :\.

I'm definitely interested in an HITG run. Maybe 8/23 or 8/24?

Lake or river/white water?

We have a couple Tsunami kayaks by Wilderness Systems that I would recommend. If I had to do it all over again, I would get a tandem (Pamlico 145T) so I could just sit there and drink beer.

I don't know what she wants yet. We're gonna hit some local places. We have a friend who was ranked 8th in the world at sea kayaking (I think that's the type he did) at one point, so we are going to look local, then talk with him and see where that takes us.

So, uh, I'm taking 8/14 -> 8/20 off. Anyone interested in some mountain biking on 8/14 or 8/19? Mayyybeee 8/18, but I may be toast after doing Napa on 8/17. I'm thinking early morning Auburn rides or Tahoe (preferable).

Lemme know .

I'm up for either, except for Hole in the Ground. There are lots of other places in Tahoe, some I've ridden some I haven't.

Randy, I won't be able to make it either. I'll post up if I end up doing a ride later in the day.

Hey How did "Lance" do on his new FS bike? That guy was pretty good on the decent last time I was following him out on connector. He had his iPod going so he didn't even know I was right behind him on the brakes...but he left me on the climb of course...

We rode FHDL on Thursday and we were both having a tough day. He'll need a few rides to get used to the FS bike. He's usually right with me or a little faster, but I was staying ahead of him for most of the ride. Overall he likes it better though.

I think I may try the SS on next week's ride. Hopefully I won't have to walk too much...

So Randy is down for a possible on Thursday in the Tahoe area. Anyone else? I know it's a weekday so I get it if people can't get out, just thought I'd ask.
