GB would be fine. I might check out Olmstead this week and see how much mud there is.

TBF shows next event is 3/29. Hopefully by then we'll be riding connector and divide GB is fun, but it's not even on the same level as Auburn.

Assuming that we are still on for GB Satuday at 10:00, I'll be there.

I'm in for sure.

Hey, Randy, is it pretty muddy in the foothills right now? I was thinking of switching back to a more hard-pack, summer oriented tire next week but am not sure if it's time

I'd wait until mid-May or so. We'll probably get a few good rainstorms in April.

Oh, and I'll be there Saturday.

In fact, I'm leaving work early tomorrow and hitting GB with the kid. We'll see how well he keeps up.

Matt, keep the mud tire on. We got a sudden hard rain last night. It didn't last long but it was hard. Tomorrow I will know more of what the mud is like. I'm suppose to ride with Bert at Olmstead which as you know is the mud capital. If it's not to bad then FHLT should be fine. The next rain is forecast for Tues., Wed., Thurs. Threre is no telling how much rain it will turn out to be. Up here it could be a few sprinkles or a huge down pour. At least this time of the year it dries out faster.

Okie dokie. Hopefully the weather holds out on Wednesday. Don't know if you can make it Mike, but if the doctor clears me for the awesome on Wednesday, I'm gonna go up and ride in Auburn with Randy

Back from the trail. The kid did pretty good. I was just amazed he finished all 15 miles.

The trail has gotten real sandy in many parts. Oh and the PO is getting out of control.

By out of control, do you mean lots of it, or lots of it hanging out on to the trail?

I ended up not riding Olmstead yesterday. Intead I rode it twice today. My legs are toast, but I'm riding with you guys tomorrow anyway.

There were a few mud spots, but most of it was pretty dry.

The trail is clear, but don't fall to either side.
