I'm glad to hear you can ride again. You need to do one-leg turnovers to get the one leg big again

No way you only burned 11 calories. You probaly burned that much just getting in the thing.

One more significant step toward getting back. Congratulation. :RockOn - not mine:

Glad you guys had fun at the movie. I've been in Tahoe for the past two weeks with a one day break in between. I'm glad to be home now though - I did a ton of walking this week in S. Lake. From Embassy Suites to the casinos, we went out on a dinner cruise on the lake last night (walking on a boat with the boot is interesting), from meetings to meetings, etc. My leg is tired.

Don't know if you guys saw this or even care, but I am pretty excited about it.

Gore is re-introducing their Ride-On cables.

I have a set on my rear brakes that I have had on my bike since the mid 90's and it is still smooth as ever. I have had to replace the other cables and have been crying since I found out they didn't make them anymore.

anyway...

yeah, it's been a long time since i bought a fitted hat, but i thought i remembered 7 3/4" being the size i bought, but after trying this one on, i think it had to have been 7 1/4" and that was with shaggy skater hair from high school days.

this one falls over my ears like goofy boy.
