Of course I saw Pozzi and Egan's post after my above post.
I did win the Garmin Edge 305 bid on Ebay for $224. It is suppose to be a brand new one. It is actually going to be a gift for my wife. As some of us know, your wife is the one that feeds you after you mangle yourself to much to feed yourself. For that and many other reasons, it is best to keep your wife happy. I think she is going to let me borrow the 305 from time to time.

Well, I've got 51 minutes left to eat or drink, and then that's it. Hopefully by this time tomorrow my leg will be bolted together and I'll be on the healing train. This has been a long week.
I might have internet access from my laptop in the hospital, but just in case, see you guys in a few days.

Gimp update:
Matt's surface damage wasn't healed enough, so he got an exo-cage instead at a bunch of other locations around the bones and ankle joint. Will mean a bit more PT on ankle muscles and stuff, but is better overall and should heal quicker with the extra bracing than if they had gone for multiple internal plates. He's doing alright and should be home tomorrow night again.

I'm going to ride FDLT on Sunday early with my friend Don who went to Mammoth with me last weekend. So if you guys want to meet up we can start out together and then just ride at our own pace.
Don has done Clementine>Culvert>Confluence and also the Granite Bay loop we've been doing. And then he rode Lower Rock Creek with me in Mammoth. So he's got the skills but just a slow climber...like me
So anyway, just wanted to show him FDLT without Connector since it's 18 vs. 11
