Anyways. Keith, your car came stock with 16x6.5's, not 17x7's, so they're not stock even though they're Subaru wheels....

It's possible the headlights themselves are illegal, but there is a clause that specifically allows "comfort and convenience items" that do not affect performance. Debadging is specifically disallowed in Stock and either ST or SP classes.
